Piura City, Piura (02.04.2004 14:34:07) -- Drought will continue. That is the Piura Office Senamhi (National Service of Hydrology and Meteorology) forecast. Rains are expected for March and April, but in low averages. Then, crops could be died because at Andean region peasants sow at December and rains period from that month to April makes the rest. Famine risk is not discarded.
