FACTORTIERRA manages advocacy projects on democracy, human rights, equito, personal promocion and development (talents), physical and mental health (including sports), environmental care, sustainable development and fight against poverty.
FACTORTIERRA usually prefers initiatives where there are not enough resources or where people have concrete action plans to pull them but it also works with larger initiatives under inclusion and tolerance criteria.
FACTORTIERRA does not give things for free, but it encourages people for getting them.
We also manage running projects or for evaluation with adequate quality standards.
Other working line are development projects. We have experience in elaborating, executing, following and evaluating them.
FACTORTIERRA worked as volunteer a lot of time and it is indeed, but since we are organizing activities and employ more people we are turning to a mixed managing with hired personnel and the basic branch working in assignments.
Selection of our users is based on strict ethics, opening and confidentiality policies. In other words, your profile and background as possible user are crucial to accept or not an assignment.
