Executive Director
He manages all association operations, he’s the CEO and network’s associate editor. Media specialist with more than a decade of professional experience at Piura and Lima media, as well some abroad. Graduated in Communication Science in University of Piura, has been awarded for his work as FACTORTIERRA creator and promoter.
He had worked for Fe y Alegría, Peru Solidarity Forum, PLADES and Fedepaz (as independent advisor), as well as he has contributed to Tambogrande collective and CEAPAZ. Its credits also appear on awarded Guarango Film and Video’s documentaries “Choropampa – The Price of Gold” and “Tambogrande – mangoes, limes, mining, murder”.
When he was studying at university he created and produced “Quinta Nota” for youth and was regular anchor for University of Piura’s radio features.
Based in Sullana City, he speaks Spanish and English (he was teaching it at ICPNA Sullana), understands Portuguese and reads romance languages.
Executive Producer, NPC Comunicaciones
She manages commercial and special projects gathering for NPC Comunicaciones. Media expert, graduated for University of Piura with large experience on radio projects and alternative communication, as well as sustainable development. She worked during a long time for a CARE’s commentary promotion project and she also was writer for El Tiempo newspaper Sullana Newsroom. She is currently Leonisa’s manager for Sullana where she lives.
Liliana del Socorro Alzamora Flores
FACTORTIERRA Editor in Tambogrande City.
She proposes and manages contents related to San Lorenzo and Quiroz valleys. Teacher. She works methodological proposals for FACTORTIERRA projects and campaigns where she joined on 2003. Her work inside Tambogrande issue was enough to get selected by CCDHAL in Canada to make a tour by many cities of that country, explaining case experience. She combines her work at Tambogrande Jean Piaget School with alphabetization projects at so-called Left Bank near that city. She acquitted a lot of experience working with Transparencia and after with National Court of Elections. Her testimonies appear in many inverstigation works related with the issue. She lives in Tambogrande.

FACTORTIERRA new products editor
She is in charge of new products and projects incorporation in the association oriented to art, culture and tourism, that her favorite topics.
Media specialist, she started to study at University of Piura and she graduated at Jaime Bausate y Meza National School of Journalism. After a long experience in radio and local papers, she entered many development projects and she is now part of Piura Municipality Press Staff. Sandy’s hobbies are photography and paint – she has participated en many collective expositions. She lives in Piura.
